Pato is a smooth bodied blend suited to any time of day. Although Pato is only composed of the Brazilian and Mexican beans, it has a complex flavour profile with notes of chocolate and wine, and balanced acidity. Pato is a fantastic pick for any brewing method, but works incredibly well with milk.

Pato and Fortuna are my two go to brands at Divine Coffee Roasters. Pato is reasonably price. Grinds very evenly in my Olkezz burr grinder. Making a smooth coffee with no bitterness. Excellent taste.
