Molly keeps us all in check, she's our Head of People which means we all report to her #mollysarmy. Molly would rather say she's our Head of Fun - organising events at Market St, always keeping the team in high spirits, and making sure the shops are just a good place to be.

Our Wholesale Manager Sam works hard to look after all the bars, restaurants, cafes, and other shops that are proud to be serving Divine coffee. You've probably seen him running through York with a box of coffee at some point, he's the one with the hat.

Alex (aka Panda) is our Product Assistant and all round doer of everything. He spends days packaging at the roastery - making sure all your orders are ready to go. He spends days in our shops slinging flat whites and lattes. He even does our back-end optimisation - delving into the programming and analytics that the rest of us can’t make heads or tails of. Truly a Jack of All Trades!

Humeyra is our hidden hero, the Office Manager who deals with all the numbers and reports - meaning we can really research what we do well, and how to do it even better.

Grace runs the show at 74. She's constantly bringing the neighbourhood cafe vibes to York with the team on Micklegate.

Max is responsible for all our menu development and keeping Market St innovative and fresh. Letting us show the true meaning of flagship coffee shop and what a comeback story really is.
