Co-founder and engineering wizard. Alex is always busy and also keeps all of our machines in tip-top shape so we can serve coffee all year round.

Co-founder James doesn't sit still, if we need it sorting he's probably already set off to get it done and dusted. He also makes sure everyone is where they need to be so we run like a well-oiled machine.

Kate keeps the wheels turning and stops them falling off the wagon here at Divine. She's our Head Roaster, Operations Director, and all-round Chief. Kate keeps Divine being... DIVINE

Molly keeps us all in check, she's our Head of People which means we all report to her #mollysarmy. Molly would rather say she's our Head of Fun - organising events at Market St, always keeping the team in high spirits, and making sure the shops are just a good place to be.

Our Wholesale Manager Sam works hard to look after all the bars, restaurants, cafes, and other shops that are proud to be serving Divine coffee. You've probably seen him running through York with a box of coffee at some point, he's the one with the hat.

Grace is our shops manager, making sure that our sites have lights on, doors open, and coffee flowing.

Alex (aka Panda) is our Product Assistant and all round doer of everything. He spends days packaging at the roastery, in our shops making flat whites and lattes, he even does our back-end optimisation - delving into the programming and analytics that the rest of us can’t make heads or tails of. Truly a Jack of All Trades!
