Returns

Coffee & Disposables

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns on Ground coffee or any sealed disposables (such as filter papers) once they have been dispatched from the roastery - unless they arrives damaged, faulty or we have sent the wrong item. If that is the case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@divinecoffee.co.uk with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will then get in touch to arrange a replacement or refund.

Equipment & Merch

Items such as brewing equipment or merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery, so long as they are unused and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once we have received and checked the returned item (where applicable).

Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.


Sale Items

Only items bought at full price can be refunded, items purchased on sale are excluded from the returns/refund policy

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item(s), please email us straight away with your order number and details.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, a piece of brewing gear), please contact us at info@divinecoffee.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please do not attempt to an exchange via one of our stores without express permission via email.
