Our current decaf offering hails from the Chiapas Region of Mexico.
This coffee is decaffeinated using the 'Mountain washed process', a chemical free method that draws the caffeine away, whilst retaining the beautiful natural flavour profile of the region's coffee.
Once harvested, milled and processed, the coffee is then transported directly to Descamex in Mexico, the central hub for this decaffeination process. The beans are gently steamed to naturally withdraw the caffeine and are washed using the pure water from Pico de Orizaba, the highest mountain in Mexico.
You wouldn't even know it was decaf! So consider trying this coffee and see for yourself that there shouldn't be a compromise!
Roasted to a medium level to showcase notes of biscuits and cocoa.
Perfect for an after dinner, caffeine-free treat or any time of day if you're looking to cut down on the caffeine. Enjoyed with or without milk, however you like it!

I always try different coffees as I like to go on adveture each time. For some reason I keep returning to this one. Really nice blend ending up in a rich and round cup.
I don't usually go for dark roasts as moste roasteries are almost charring the coffee beans. Completely different story here wonderful flavour profile with a strong taste to it perfect for a morning coffee.
Very fast delivery, well packaged, bought for a friend's birthday. Only thing I would mention is inside the box it's not like the picture it's more like confetti strips of paper and card but that didn't affect anything.
