Much like our Ethiopian, our El Salvador bean is a highly regarded variety called Red Bourbon. This particular coffee expresses bold, rich wine characteristics not found anywhere else in the world. We've lightly roasted it to emphasise this flavour and balance acidity.
Due to its relatively weak intensity, this coffee is best drunk black from filter or aeropress brewing methods. It's also our bean of choice for cold brews or iced coffee for the same reason. The uniqueness of the bean means it's not always easy to get hold of, we're exceptionally lucky to be able to bring you it!
