We are distributors of La Spaziale Espresso Machines, MahlKonig Grinders, and Puqpress automatic tampers - all renowned for their high-class build quality and precise calibration standards. We also offer a diverse range of further equipment to make sure you have everything you need.
Like us, machines and equipment need the right amount of care and attention to keep operating at their best. Fortunately, we offer a complete maintenance and servicing for all of our customers, regardless if we've supplied the machine. With over 10 years experience working on espresso machines, we'll get you back up and running in no time!
COFFEE EQUIPMENT SERVICES AND WARRANTIES
We don't want technical issues to get in the way of your success, so for new customers we offer a series of free services. We'll service your machine for free during your first year with us, and if you buy the annually-replaced water filter from us, we'll install it for free too!
We don't charge for call outs to our coffee customers. There's no labour costs for La Spaziale machines, only the cost of parts. Even if you don't have a La Spaziale machine, we still won't charge for labour (apart from in exceptional circumstances).
Our La Spaziale espresso machines come with a 2 year warranty and our Mahlkonig Grinders come with a 1 year warranty.
BESPOKE COFFEE BLEND
When it comes to supplying coffee, there's a crucial aspect we're passionate about: you. We offer an exclusive service to design your own bespoke blend to serve in your establishment, unique to your business.
