This Colombian decaf uses the sugar cane processing method to take away the caffeine - a chemical free process that allows the coffee to retain it's natural profiles. We don't believe decaf should taste any different to normal coffee, so this bean can be enjoyed with the same complex flavours as any caffeinated bean.
