We will visit your site within 24 hours. We have access to most parts and will not charge you for a call out if we do not think we cannot fix your machine issue. We will provide options to resolve.
We will act inline with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (PSSR). Which will involve changing your boiler safety valve if it hasn't been done within the last 6 months.

*If we feel your machine is not safe to service we will let you know on initial photographic survey and refund your order.
Mileage costs may be applicable if it is out of our engineer area coverage. These will be discussed prior to visit.
