Pato is a smooth bodied blend suited to any time of day. Although Pato is only composed of the Brazilian and El Salvador beans, it has a complex flavour profile with notes of chocolate and wine, and balanced acidity. Pato is a fantastic pick for any brewing method, but works incredibly well with milk.
Beautifully balanced, full of flavour. Since I found this coffee 6 months ago, I haven't been anywhere else. Enjoy
