A washed coffee from the the central valley regions, grown at altitudes of 1350 metres+ above sea level, allowing for the sweetness in the cherries to develop slowly at cooler altitudes. This single origin boasts a complex and fragrant aroma and has an enjoyable, well balanced sweetness and acidity.
Coffee from Costa Rica can be quite diverse, but the country’s coffee is well-known for its impeccable high quality, often sweet/floral, with a medium acidity and balance.
Very fruity yet nutty and delicious. No bitterness and perfect for when a lighter brew is preferred.

This is a great tasting coffee, smooth and free of any acidic taste. Goes very well with
food. Grinds very well too, with very little residue in my grinder. A winning Divine Coffee
addition from Costa Rico.
