Got a problem with your grinder? We can sort that for you. 

We offer a free inspection of any coffee grinder. We only ask for a small sum to cover the cost of collection and redelivery back to you. Here's how it works:

• Order the collection via this product
• If you need a box and packing materials for the grinder, select the correct option above. We'll send out these materials before collection.
• We'll collect and inspect your grinder
• If it's just maintenance, we'll happily get it back in working order.
• For bigger issues including the need for new parts, we'll send you a quote for the repair.
• You decide whether you want us to fix your machine for you. 
• We'll ship your grinder back to you.
