I am writing this review as a follow up to my review of 20 March of this year in which I complained that I hadn't received the gift box that I had ordered as part of a birthday present. I was disappointed at a time when it was not possible to see my son in person that my gift was not all that I had hoped.
Anyway, the company eventually followed up on my complaint and have set matters to right in the most generous way. I can only compliment them on their thoughtful and (eventually) prompt customer service. I can only assume that the matter fell under the radar back at a time (in March) when everything was difficult for everyone, and that I am more than satisfied now by their response. I would not want my original negative review to impact unfairly on a small, independent business.
Very Impressed with the Speed of Delivery. The Divine Starter Selection Pack was Very Well received by our Son in Law on his Birthday. Highly Recommendable.
The coffee provided has been great quality, bought it for my husband who loves his coffee and has had no complaints. The one problem we have had is the reliability of the delivery, I bought a 12 month subscription, of the 7 months so far we have had to chase 3 deliveries (currently awaiting July’s which is looking likely to be the 4th). Whenever we have reached out staff have been very responsive and have had it shipped to us quickly but it’s just a bit of an inconvenience for the customer to chase it up and keep track of.
I purchased this starter selection for a coffee loving friend. I chose ground coffee and the gift arrived on time and well presented. The friend uses a machine that takes beans! He contacted Devine who were excellent and sent a replacement beans pack at no charge. He tells me the coffee is lovely and their customer service excellent!
Excellent gift . Wouldn’t hesitate ordering from this local company again.
