The Jug is almost perfect, it’s size helps to limit/eradicatemilk waste at work (Black Medicine Coffee Company).
The only thing wrong with the jug and I know this is not divine coffees fault, more-so the manufacturer of the jug, is the silicon insulating sleeve.
The silicon sleeve makes it next to impossible to pour milk well, the silicon grabs at the rim of the cup making latte art practically impossible.
I’ve remedied this issue by slicing off a portion of the silicon sleeve so that the whole of the jugs spout is now fully exposed thus allowing the metal spout to slide against the cup rim freely.
Perhaps this is something that can be passed onto the manufacturer as a professionals suggestion to improve an almost perfect product?
